In order for plasticizers to be effectively processed with PVC, their compatibility plays a crucial role. In the past, processors commonly relied on empirical data. However, a more precise approach involves determining the Hildebrand solubility parameter. Conducting such calculations for various plasticizers aids in its practical application. |
