The shift to electromobility is also changing the requirements for the materials used in vehicles. This opens up new opportunities for polycarbonate, which was previously atypical in internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. Polycarbonates with a high CTI developed specifically for electromobility are suitable, for example, for housing lithium-ion batteries and power electronics. |
