However, PEEK would have advantages in terms of imaging as well as its bone-like density and mechanics. Thus, the FFF process has to be adapted to the high demands of high-performance plastics like PEEK. Note de contenu : - Dynamic with delta kinematics
- Good mechanical properties
- Particle-free printing environment
- Interaction of printed parts with tissue
- FIGURES : 1. Flow simulation : hot air flows from ab ove onto the printed part (here a spinal cage for spine stabilization) and is sucked away at the edge of the circular build platform - 2. Microsections of parts, printed with varying temperature control via FFF, emphasize the influences of processing parameters on part quality. Air inclusions between the players reduce mechanical properties in the direction in which the layers were built - 3. Porous lattice structure supporting bone ingrowth at defined locations - 4. Reconstruction of the jaw angle on a skull model : example application for a patient individualized printed PEEK - 5. Cytotoxicity tests of extracts form additively manufactured PEEK samples : as positive control copper was tested, as negative control culture medium without extracts was used (mean value of five samples each, error bars show the respective standard deviation)En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LJDve398aLJYUlqxMZ6awYel8bJ2OKQD/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=30487
