Résumé : |
A strain that was highly active at producing protease was isolated from soit, identified as a species of Streptomyces and designated TYQ1024. A genomic analysis showed that it contained a variety of protease genes. The crude enzyme obtained from the fermentation broth had a high level of proteolytic activity and was activated by 5mM of metal ions, including Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, and highly inactivated by 5mM of Cu2+, Zn2+ and Fe3+. The protease secreted by this strain could efficiently dehair rabbit skin after 24 hours of incubation at 40°C without damaging the collagen dermal fibres, which demonstrates its potential application for processing leather. |
