As with all mass-produced products, cost-effectiveness was also paramount when designing the milk bottle and its closure, alongside maintaining food safety. This is further enhanced via a control circuit link between the injection molding machine and the Intravis CapWatcher III visual inspection system. Note de contenu : - Flexible production system for single and double-layer preforms
- PET as a cheaper, more sustainable alternative to HDPE bottles
- The fitting closure for PET milk bottles
- Control circuit link opens up new possibilities

Prelactia preform (cross-section) : the gray interior layer produces the barrier effect - PET-line 2C : the secondary injection unit, with which the gray interior wall is injected, is positioned in an L position toward the main injection unit - 3. Prelactia mold : the dark component is put down first and covered by injecting the white exterior layer - A 32-cavity mold can produce approximately 29000 single piece closures per hour - each with a diameter of 38 mm and part weights of 2.8gEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/12MRJv8hzl8sgcssvC8PJRVDR6RGCKUJN/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=29018
