Résumé : |
The emulsifier molecules used in the production of traditional polyacrylate emulsion are relatively small. They are difficult to remove after the emulsion is synthesised. It is easy to produce foam, which has an impact on the environment and affects the purity and application performance of the polymer emulsion, especially its surface properties and water resistance. The emulsifier free emulsion polymerisation has high purity, stable emulsion and uniform particle size, and the reaction emulsifier itself has a C=C double bond, which can react with the monomer and reduce environmental pollution. The polymerised product also has good water resistance and chemical stability. Therefore, soap free emulsions have attracted much attention. The following three aspects are discussed in this paper: silicone-modified soap free acrylate, fluorinated-modified soap free acrylic ester and polyamide-modified soap free acrylate. The modification of soap free acrylate polymer emulsion is studied. It is hoped that an emulsion with good comprehensive properties can be obtained and its development direction is also discussed. |
