The application of a sizing formulation on recycled carbon fibres obtained by pyrolysis can significantly enhance their technical and technological properties. CETMA developed a sizing for recycled carbon fibres produced by ELG Carbon Fibre Ltd., aimed at enhancing the fibre/matrix adhesion and handling performance, also taking into account wettability requirements. |
