- Fig. 4 : 66 at one go : This recently installed system processes gearbox housings fed on pallets with a selection of up to 1000 tools and subsequently cleans them fully automatically to remove processing residues
- Fig. 5 : The heard of series production : In factory 2 in Lendinara, production is oriented to filling the fully automated high-bay warehouse with up to 15000 different parts, so that production can start immediatly when orders are received. For this, the components are managed by the software with the aid of a self-learning positioning logic, which places frequently used components closer to the exit
- Fig. 6. Laser measurement : Deviations during manufacturing can be measured with the aid of specially developed 3D laser measurement with micrometer accuracy
- Fig. 7 : Gearbox variety : Different applications such as electricity cable insulation, blown film production and pipe extrusion require different designs of gearbox because of construction differences in the extruder |
