Résumé : |
The chance of such a restart is probably not often. Following an insolvency, a classic injection molding company is rebuilt under new management into a high-tech manufacturing company and component manufacturer, which delivers its products just-in-sequence to its customers’ production lines. Some examples from the white goods world show how sophisticated process technology is today. As a strategic partner, EKT has brought the hot runner manufacturer Synventive on board. |
Note de contenu : |
- Close integration with the customer's production process
- Overmolding process increases ease of use
- Bypass for the soft component
- A strategic hot runner partner
- FIGURES : 2. Funnel-shaped micro filter sieve of a dishwashing machine. The stainless steel fabric is formed in the tool and subsequently overmolded - 3. Component air duct for a tumble dryer. Bypasses within the hard component allow for overmolding the front and back of the hard component with the soft component (sealing) simultaneously - 4. "Plug'n Play" hot runner system from Synventive. The manufacturer delivers the systems preassembled, with tubes and cables already attached |
