Résumé : |
Coating companies, who paint interior and exterior parts made of plastic for the automotive industry, have to meet high quality and efficiency requirements. To equip a paint line for surface treatment with a fully automated dry ice blasting unit, including a robot and dry ice granulate production, can increase the profitability. |
Note de contenu : |
- Space-saving integration into the painting line
- Dry ice production as required
- FIGURES : 1. Dry ice : the extruded strands are cut into granules and crushed into 1 to 1.5mm ice particules in the nozzle of the blasting applicator before compressed air accelerated them to supersonic velocity - 2. Demand-driven dry ice production : the supply and pelletizer unit of the dry ice blasting system is placed in the area of the paint supply and thus allows a continuous blasting process - 3. Easy dry ice cleaning : the robot, with was unsed only for flaming till now, was additionally equipped with a CO2 supply and a blasting applicator - 4. Automatic selection of the part-specific cleaning program : because the Combi 120H is integrated into the painting line, the shift manager only needs to enter component type and color |
