The reason for this problem is the increasing practice of adding highly concentrated masterbatches of function additives. The extremely high dose consistency required by this practice is achieved by a new dosing system designed for minimal amounts in gravimetric dosing and mixing systems. Throughputs as low as approx. 3 g/min (200 g/h) can now be reliably apportioned into the main material flow. Note de contenu : - Volumetric or gravimetric, intermittent or continuous ?
- Reliable evaluation of dosing performance
- Taking material flow into consideration
- Highly dynamic weighing electronics,... combined with "full-weighing" and "single granule deliveryPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=11322

However, programmable controllers are often too expensive or complicated for fairly simple operations. A remedy is provided by a relatively simple controller that can be adapted to the particular task. Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=3763
