Arburg has designed the Allrounder Cube especially for high-speed applications using cube technology. Electrical drives at the crucial axes enables 10 % more output with 25 % lower energy requirement in comparison with fully hydraulic solutions for common applications such as two-component closures. The series has already proven its worth in first applications. |

- FIGURES : The droplet-shaped two-color flip-top closures for diswashing fluid bottles are created in 32+32-fold cube mold in a cycle times of 8.5s - The allrounder Cube is configured for high-speed cube applications. The system exhibited at the K2016 is now at work for a processor. In the foreground, the capping station is docked onto the cube die, and the optical checking station is on the right nexto to the machine - 32 closures in each cycle. In the next generation - with a bigger 48+48-fold system - twice the number of cavities is available |
