The image of plastic packaging suffers due to one-sided negative reporting by the media. But from an ecological point of view, polymer packaging solutions offer many advantages when compared with other packing materials. Admittedly, suitable collection and recycling systems are the prerequisite for this. |

Politics and the industry should set the goal to establish collection and recycling systems like the one successful in Germany in other countries as well |
