Fiber finishes have a significant impact on the overall performance of a fiber in the downstream process and fiber finish development is a complex challenge due to the large variety of fiber types, polymer types and the ongoing development of yarn spinning processes.
The considerable differences in yarn spinning technologies lead to different profiles for the spin finish systems. Levaco offers for each process the tailor-made product with Lucraspin V-R, V-OE and V-MVS. Everybody is aware of the higher complexity in production and logistics when using different finishes for each yarn type. However the advantages outweigh the disadvantages by bringing an improved performance from higher value viscose fiber. |
