The present invention relates to a process for preparing liquid personal cleansing compositions which provide enhanced perfume deposition on the skin and which provide increased on-skin fragrance delivery. The process of the present invention involves forming a premix which contains a cationic material and a volatile perfume, and then adding the premix to a personal cleansing base composition which contains an anionic surfactant. |
