For the manufacturers of cosmetic ingredients, represented by the association EFfCI (The European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients) the 7th Amendment (2003/15/EC) to the Cosmetic Directive 76/758/EEC contains several provisions which are crucial and pose a real threat to this industry. In the following a short overview of the major provisions is given. |
