Established coatings recipies consist of 10 to 20 single ingredients. Controlling the chemical,physical and surface interactions of all components is nearly impossible and causes labor and time during the development of new coatings formulations. A suite of perfectly-matched modular raw materials supplied as semi-finished intermediates has been developed allowing a more effective coatings production. Examples of high quality paints produced this way are presented. |
