TraçabilitéIndex. décimale : 675.2 Préparation du cuir naturel. Tannage Résumé : The leather industry has been fortunate to have one or two of its annual trade fairs during 2021. Machinery manufacturers have not been idle, however, and these trade shows have demonstrated some new technologies in 2021-22. Outside of the tanning industry, there have also been developments that will ultimately make their way into the leather industry.
This article will not exhaustively detail all the developments, and manufacturers who have innovated in the past few years who Peel they have not had an acknowledgement of their technology are always encouraged to get in touch with ILM.Note de contenu : - Air emission and air quality

Ethique de l'environnement
TraçabilitéIndex. décimale : 363.7 Environnement : classer ici la protection de l'environnement Résumé : The Forest Trust (TFT) is a UK based charity with a decade-long track record of successfully assisting businesses to deliver responsible wood products to market - this requires intense attention to extraction of raw materials, production, traceability and transparency in supply chains. 'Having established a strong record of achievement with wood products and in response to existing member's request, TFT has expanded its scope to investigate the issues and find solutions to environmental and social issues surrounding leather, palm oil and paper, for example. Using our successful timber model, TFT believe a similar model can be successfully applied to leather, so that hides can be traced from the ranch to the end product, taking into accouung environmental and social issues at each key stage of the life cycle.
- des données de capteurs qui transmettent divers aspects de son état de fonctionnement ;
- d'experts humains, tels que des ingénieurs ayant une connaissance approfondie et pertinente du domaine industriel ;
- d'autres machines similaires ;
- d'autres flottes de machines similaires ;
TraçabilitéIndex. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Industry 4.0 is characterized by autonomous production systems in which the “things”, so-called assets, communicate with each other and decide independently. This can be achieved through digital twins as a virtual representation of these assets and digital shadows as decision supporters. The following article demonstrates the use of digital twins for molds in injection molding through the integration of track-and-trace technologies for data collection. Note de contenu : - The asset administration shell as digital twin
- Classification of RFID compared to other tracking technologies
- Greater transparency in production
- Optimization through the digital shadow
- Fig. 1 : Basic structure of the asset administration shell, consisting of the manifest and the components manager
- Fig. 2 : Using the asset administration shell, the mold is represented as a digital twin and exchanges information via RFID with its environment, e.g. with the storage position, the injection molding machines and unloading stations
- Fig. 3 : The digital shadow uses the data recorded by RFID to suggest an optimum storage position for the mold and to carry this out if a staff member confirms itEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1I0MJzrlvotOmLUsUV97GLyDBafw0weqn/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=37060

TraçabilitéIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The world of full traceability in the leather supply chain should be a unified "dream" for all tanneries. ILM has written a lot about the concept of traceability and tracking in the leather industry. In addition, traceability standards from the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the traceability criteria from the leather supply chain auditing platforms have been discussed.
Articles on the sensitivities of environmental (including deforestation and conversion-free schemes), social and governance information have also featured in the magazine. However, topics that cover how to do it practically from cradle-to-cradle have been covered only indirectly. This article will give members (from low-income countries through to high income countries) some practical ideas on how to do tracing and tracking in the leather supply chain.Note de contenu : - Risk not detail
