This is the most extensively used fabrication method to manufacture the nanofibers into several constructive forms such as non-woven textile mats, oriented fibrous bundles and dimensional structured scaffolds. These materials, due to their enhanced properties, have applications in specific areas like in technical textiles, medical textiles, protective materials, energy storage devices, agriculture, electricals and optics, etc. Cellulose being an abundant, biodegradable and biocompatible polymer, creates great interest among the researchers. The wide range of applications also creates great scope for cellulosic nanofibers in nanotextiles. This study deals with the past and present research of electrospinning of cellulose and future scope of the same. Note de contenu : - ELECTROSPINNING : Process technique - Requirements of polymers and solvents - Electrospinning parameters
- PROCESS PARAMETERS AND FIBER MORPHOLOGY : Applied voltage - Nozzle collector distance - Polymer flow rate - Spinning environment
- SOLUTION PARAMETERS AND FIBER MORPHOLOGY : Solution concentration - Solution conductivity - Volatility of solvent
- COMPLICATIONS INVOLVED IN ELECTROSPINNING OF CELLULOSEPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=19278
