Copolymères séquencés Marines (peinture) Revêtements antisalissures:Peinture antisalissures SiliconesLes silicones, ou polysiloxanes, sont des composés inorganiques formés d'une chaine silicium-oxygène (...-Si-O-Si-O-Si-O-...) sur laquelle des groupes se fixent, sur les atomes de silicium. Certains groupes organiques peuvent être utilisés pour relier entre elles plusieurs de ces chaines (...-Si-O-...). Le type le plus courant est le poly(diméthylsiloxane) linéaire ou PDMS. Le second groupe en importance de matériaux en silicone est celui des résines de silicone, formées par des oligosiloxanes ramifiés ou en forme de cage (wiki).

With emerging regulations and restrictions concerning the protection of environment and human health a great transformation is taking place in the coating industry for marine application with research focused on reducing the VOC content and the use of carcinogenic and toxic components in the coating. This review focuses on recent developments in non-toxic antifouling coating for marine application based on silicones and thus summarizes potential substitutes for the conventionally used eroding paints which effect the ecological system. Coating systems like polyorganosilazane—silicone, PDMS/PMMA copolymer, amphiphilic surface coating based on PEO-silane tether segments and PDMS and Zwitterionic siloxane-polyurethane are discussed in this article. The Zwitterionic siloxane- polyurethane system mentioned includes poly(SBMA)-block-PDMS-block-poly(SBMA) triblock polymer incorporated in a polyurethane formulation and carboxybetaine functionalized polysiloxanes (PDMS-g-CB). The characterization and properties of the coating systems are discussed in detail along with comparison and reasoning for their potential use as anti-fou ling or fouling-release coating for marine application. |
