Résumé : |
The labelling regulation changes which will take place this year, for the biocides market, as well as products designed to minimise the effects of these changes.
It is abundantly clear that 2015 will be a time of great change for customers and raw material suppliers in the highly regulated European market. The ramifications of all these changes will have a major impact for customers and suppliers who wish to market and sell their products within the European Union. For those customers who want to be warning phrase-free under the CLP legislation the choice of actives will be severely limited coupled with an increased cost to treat. Additionally, only those suppliers who are listed on the ECHA list of approved substances, will be able to supply, whilst remembering that this list also limits active ingredients to product types as defined in the BPR. This will mean no more traders and 'free-riders :
Therefore, only prime manufacturers, which have invested in and have fully supported their active ingredients through the BPR and fully understand the legislation, will be the ideal partners with whom to build and discuss your future preservation requirements. |
