Vapeur d'eauIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The moisture permeability of sheepskin is affected by both the thickness of the leather and environmental factors. Using grey theory and 'five data modelling', the information that affects the moisture permeability of sheepskin is generated and developed, so as to extract valuable information. In this paper, the amount of water vapour transmission of sheepskin materials of different thicknesses under different environmental factors is tested experimentally, and the water vapour transmission of sheepskin is related to the four parameters that affect its moisture permeability, and the relative correlation analysis, absolute correlation analysis, and comprehensive correlation are further performed. The analysis results show that the biggest factor that affects the water vapour transmission of sheepskin is the internal and external pressure of sheepskin, the second factor is the humidity of sheepskin, the third factor is the thickness and the smallest factor is the temperature of the sheepskin.

Tannage Résumé : In this study, investigations were performed on the effect of atmospheric pressure plasma modification after the retanning process on sheep leathers and wastewater of the processes. The plasma treatments of the leather samples were carried out with an argon containing corona discharge at atmospheric pressure. Argon atmospheric pressure plasma (APP) activation was applied to the crust sheep leather surface with different times (0, 3, 6, 9 sec/cm2). After argon APP application, the crust sheep leathers were processed by traditional retannage. The surface properties of the treated sheep leathers were characterised by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and an atomic force microscopy (AFM). The chemical composition of the leather surfaces was evaluated by ATR-FTIR and the surface state of the leathers was determined by contact angle measurements. The discharged chrome retanning and retanning wastewaters at the end of the processes were examined in order to determine the differences in the wastewater in terms of COD, BOD5, conductivity, turbidity, pH, salinity, total dissolved solids content (TDS) and total chromium content analyses. In this paper, waterborne polyurethanes (WPU) were synthesised from 2, 4-Toluene diisocyanate (TDI-80) and polypropylene glycol (PPG, Mn=1000). Four kinds of WPU leather finishing agents (WPUO, WPU1, WPU2, WPU3) were prepared by adding different contents of the bio-based material tannic acid (TA) as a cross-linking agent. After a series of tests, the results showed that the thermal degradation temperature of WPU films and their tensile strength increased with the rise of TA content. When 0.6g TA was added, the tensile strength and thermodynamic stability reached the highest values, but the elongation at break was the lowest at the same time. The addition of the cross-linking agent TA reduced the hydrophilicity of the WPU film from% 40.8% to 16.2%. In the application of leather finishing, both dry and wet rubbing increased 1 to 2 grades through the introduction of TA and the folding fastness also improved significantly. The molecular chains were more closely arranged, and the distances between the molecules were also reduced on account of the incorporation of TA, resulting in a decrease in water vapour permeability. Based on this, the water contact angle of the finished leather has also increased from 68° to 99°.
(Wikipedia)Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A new ultrasound-assisted lactic acid-pepsin hydrolysis method was used to extract yak hide collagen. In the extraction process, a strong mechanical vibration wave and cavitation destroyed the interaction between collagen and its matrix. Lactic acid made collagen fibres loose enough and shortened the extraction time. Lactic acid had also a certain antiseptic and bactericidal effect. Pepsin could remove the non-helical structure of yak hide collagen and reduce the risk of immune rejection of yak hide collagen. The optimum conditions of ultrasound-assisted lactic acid-pepsin hydrolysis method were as follows: At first, degreased yak hide was soaked in lactic acid solution with pH 2.0 for 24 hours and control the liquor ratio of 15. Then, acid treated yak hide was soaked in 2.0% (dry hide) pepsin solution with pH2.0 for 24 hours and control the liquor ratio of 15 under pulsating ultrasound treated with 20 KHz ultrasonic power 200 W for 20 minutes. UPYC had the characteristics of type I collagen. The new ultrasound-assisted lactic acid-pepsin hydrolysis method shortened the extraction time of UPYC, which was economical and clean. Polymères -- Effets de la températureIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : This article mainly studied the incidence of temperature and humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather. Firstly, it analysed the influence of a single factor of temperature or humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather based on the measured data. Then it analysed the comprehensive influence of temperature and humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather. Finally, the regression equation for the comprehensive influence of temperature and humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather was established by using the principle of least squares method through matlab software. The research shows that the higher the ambient temperature, the better the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather, when the humidity is about 67%, the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather is the highest, when the humidity is about 74%, the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather is the worst. The comprehensive influence surface of temperature and humidity on moisture permeability of natural cattle leather is. z = -0.0006x2 + 0.0485x - 0.0011xy + 7.899y2 - 11.9y + 4.247. Tannage Résumé : Comparing the electrolysis results of a chromium sulphate standard solution with cation and anion membranes, it was found that electrolysis with the cation membrane could remove more chromium. After electrolysis with the cation membrane of the mixed waste liquid containing chromium from chrome tanning, washing, chrome retanning and neutralisation, Cr(OH)3 could be precipitated, the Cr3+ solution showed a reduced concentration at the cathode, and a Cr6+ solution could be obtained at the anode. The results of this study show that cyclic electrolysis of such liquid waste containing chromium at the cathode can increase Cr(OH)3 precipitation and reduce the Cr6+ concentration at the anode. This study found that a bioflocculant produced by Bacillus subtils is able to treat leather wastewater, but the flocculation activity of the bioflocculant needs to be improved. In this paper, the culture conditions of Bacillus subtilis were optimised by single-factor and orthogonal tests. The results showed that the bioflocculant produced by Bacillus subtilis through optimising the culture conditions had good flocculation efficiency. The optimal culture temperature after optimisation was 36°C, the inoculum dose was 5% (v/v), at pH7.5, the culture time was 48 hours, the flocculation efficiency increased from 46.12% to 73.71%, an increase of 59.82%, and the production of flocculant increased from 0.45g/L to 0.61g/L, an increase of 35.56%. Through optimising the culture conditiops of Bacillus subtilis the flocculation efficiency of the bioflocculant, was improved and both the cost of flocculation and secondary pollution were reduced.
