A novel light stabiliser (NLS) was developed specifically for water-borne UV curable coatings. Tests showed that the NLS gave effective protection, but with far less efect on cure speed than either UVA or HALS. Note de contenu : - Basis of the test procedures
- HALS can retard curing more than UV absorber
- NLS has little effect on cure speed
- Dispersion test shows stability of NLS
