2C-PIM - The further development of two-component powder injection molding as a cost-effective and reliable process for the production of metallic parts from materials with different properties was the goal of the “F2K” joint research project, during which several project partners investigated the whole process chain from the choice of materials through to the finished part, and thereby perfected almost coincidentally the compression function crucial to the process. |
