Fiber Composites - Tried and trusted polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins are being further optimized in respect of their fire performance, environmental credentials as well as curing speeds and they are being joined by reactive systems with different chemistries such as polyurethanes and thermoplastic oligomers. Fiber impregnation with liquid resins is also gaining in significance in technically demanding areas. |
