For Small Amounts - Conventional dosing systems often reach their limits when multi-component mixtures are processed. The reason for this problem is the increasing practice of adding highly concentrated masterbatches of function additives. The extremely high dose consistency required by this practice is achieved by a new dosing system designed for minimal amounts in gravimetric dosing and mixing systems. Throughputs as low as approx. 3 g/min (200 g/h) can now be reliably apportioned into the main material flow. |
