Résumé : |
Biomass products like vegetable oils and by-products after their extraction can now be used as raw materials to manufacture fine chemicals by heterogeneous catalytic processes. Multifunctionnal heterogeneous catalysts are needed, in which not only the properties of the active sites must be controlled but also their porosity, because of the large size and various polarities of the molecules, and their stability when facing unusual media (water, ammoniac, etc.) Several types of chemio-, regio-, enantioselective reactions are considered, like hydrogenation, esterification, acid catalysis on zeolites, etc., for manufacturing of various products. |
