Résumé : |
Multi-cyclones which treat the process water used to clean vehicle bodies provide a continuous and reliable solution with consistently high-quality results. No filtration system is needed and the cyclones therefore require almost no maintenance and experience very little wear. |
Note de contenu : |
- Highly efficient cyclones
- Multi-stage water treatment process with no control system
- No additional filtration required
- Fig. 1 : Hydrocyclones produce a controlled eddy flow in the liquid and the resulting centrifugal force separates out the particles
- Fig. 2 : Three batteries of multi-cyclones like these, each of which consists of four multi-cyclones that are made of up nine individual cyclones, can reduce a total of 900 m3/h of process water initially to 60 m3/h of concentrate and then return the purified water directly to the body cleaning process
- Fig. 3 : Comparison between the particulate load upstream of the cleaning machine produced by the original treatment system with individual cyclones and filtration and the multi-stage treatment system with multi-cyclones |
