The design is based on the theory of gas dynamics in which the potential energy of high stagnation pressure is converted totally into effective velocity energy. Therefore, a high momentum of the exit jet can be obtained for improving the capability of removing molten debris quickly. Furthermore, the microencapsulated red phosphorus particles were prepared by RESS with the new nozzle, and the structure and property of the microencapsulated red phosphorus particles were characterized by the SEM images, droplet concentration distributions, and moisture absorption ratio. The results show that the process can effectively encapsulate the red phosphorus particles with the paraffin. The coatings’ properties depend on the composition and the structure of the conversion films as well as on the process parameters. A fractional factorial design was implemented to optimize the experimental conditions of the chromating process (bath composition, rinses composition, draining, treatment time). Surface analytical techniques such as scanning electron microscopy, glow discharge optical spectroscopy, and atomic absorption spectrometry were used to characterize the chromate conversion coatings. Langues : Américain (ame) Tags : 'Matériaux composites' Conception 'Technologie 3D' 'Simulation ordinateur' Composites Design workbench 'Management cycle vie' Index. décimale : 668.4 Plastiques, vinyles Résumé : Working in a 3D unified virtual platform streamlines the design, simulation, and manufacturing of composite structures. 3D technology makes it easier to achieve design milestone throughout all stages of the design process. Some examples of this include :
- Design integrating functional requirements and rules of laminate stacking
- Structural simulation to validate the final detailed "as built part"
- Manufacturing simulation such as ply producibility and curing simulation
Designing a composites structure is a long and tedious process. Orientation of fiber directions and how the stack-up order of plies are laid up on the mold influences the structural behavior of the part. Traditionally operators on the shop floor determined the lay-up strategy for a ply by combining manual trial and error with experience. Using integrated automated manufacturing technology new fiber direction strategies are allowed : deposited fiber can follow a complex patho instead of one single direction. Using the virtual 3D composites model, users can take full advantage of this technology revolution combining it with a new degree of freedom thus enabling the designed fiber path to be specified by simulation and manufacturing.
Dassault Systems reveals its own domain expertise along with that of best in class Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) industry solution partners. The partners have joined the ecosystem to expand the scope of the composites design to manufacturing processes.
This article will cover the following four composites design contexts in detail, illustrating the benefits of a complete, end-to-end 3D composites design environment.
. Industrial design to black art
. Design in assembly context
. Design in analysis context
. Design in manufacturing context.Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=8517

Double cylindrical annular gap mills, in contrast, can be scaled up linearly. The high power density in the small-volume mills of this type can lead to a marked increase in the product quality. The high productivity obtained from a small grinding chamber contributes to reducing operating costs and hence to increasing the efficiency of the production process.
