Index. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : The development of machines in the man-made fiber industry has elevated product quality and efficiency to a new level over the course of many years. With increasing environmental awareness in the 21st century, the focus on energy consumption and production costs has become the driving force behind new developments, with the sector's commercial environment in the process of changing once again. The textile value chain is part of a highly-competitive market with increasing expectation regarding sustainable manufacturing. Note de contenu : - Recycling solutions use waste

Tissage tridimensionnelIndex. décimale : 677 Textiles Résumé : The production of ceramic high-performance composites is essentially an additive process in which near-net-shape manufacturing is aimed for the textile semi-finished products. In this context, state-of-the-art textile machines, in conjunction with computer-aided methods for binding and stress simulation, enable the targeted design of complex 3D structures. Carefully adapted process parameters are essential for processing ceramic fibers in order to achieve a low-damage result. Ceramic fiber preforms are produced in one step and in series. These are used for the production of ceramic high-performance composites. The potential of 3D weaving technology, which is also predestined for the implementation of load-adjusted yarn runs, is illustrated by an airfoil for gas turbines.
