Revêtements poudreIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The German powder coating company Wandel is increasingly investing in automated systems to meet its customers' growing requirements for high-quality surface finishes. The systems automatically record the contours of the workpieces and adjust the gun distances accordingly, which increases the automation level of the coating process. Note de contenu : - Automatic gap, height and depth control
- Optimized powder preparation and high surface quality
- The workpieces are coated in a highly automated process to meet the increasing requirements in terms of speed and number of color changes
- A light curtain records the contours of the workpieces before the coating is applied and the gun distances in the booth are adjusted accordingly by the automatic gap, height and depth control system
- The injectors have a low-air feed and a high level of coating efficiencyPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=37442
