Revêtements poudre:Peinture poudreIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : High-quality effect powder coatings are expected to match the effect image and color tone at all times, even with varying system settings. A manufacturer of powder coatings has developed a technology that, according to him, makes this possible. It offers the advantage that the overspray of the powder coatings is 100% recyclable with full effect consistency. Note de contenu : - Process technologies in comparison
- Economical and sustainable thanks to recovery
- Easy application, high effect stability
- Pronounced depth optics

Revêtements poudre:Peinture poudreIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The components of vineyard machines that are used to automate the grape harvest require the best possible corrosion protection, as they are exposed to weather conditions, tartaric acid from the grapes, and chemicals. To ensure this, one manufacturer of these machines relies on a proven system consisting of a primer and a low temperature powder coating as a corrosion protection coating. Note de contenu : - Coating shop integrated into the new factory
- Manual application in two coats
- Fig. 1 : The self-driving grape harvesters are exposed to tartaric acid from the grapes and to other chemicals and therefore require very good corrosion protection
- Fig. 2 : The primer and the top coat are applied manually in a walk-in booth
- Fig. 3 : The primer and powder coating are cured in two ovens at 190°C to 200° for a maximum of 30 minutes
- Fig. 4 : The colors required were accurately reproduced in the laboratoryPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=33862

Revêtements poudreIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Powder coatings are both more environmentally friendly and generally also more efficient than liquid paints. A new single-coat power can be used to coat MDF, wood and other heat-sensitive substrates much more quickly and using less material. Note de contenu : - Used by large companies and SMEs
- New test system for heat-sensitive substrates
- Special features of the technical centre
- Figures : 1. Among other products, Ikea coats step stools for children with the single-coat powder coating - 2. The variable speed of the oven allows different oven lengths to be simulated
