Robots industrielsIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : Adhesives can only be applied cost-effectively during volume production if all the components of the system work efficiently together. The dispensing system described in this article not only allows the output rate to be adapted proportionally to the speed of travel, but also achieves an efficiency factor of 1 and can dispense any amount of adhesive. Note de contenu : - Fig. 1 : The highly dynamic adhesive dispensing system has been designed specifically for use with robots in automated processes and offers a new approach that results in more efficient and cost-effective production processes
- Fig. 2 : Dispensing systemwith real-time controls, an output rate proportional to the speed of travel and an unlimited dispensing volume
- Fig. 3 : An efficiency factor of η=1 is achieved as a result of a special design and a special control system that eliminates slippage in the gear pump. ThermographieIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : "The right material in the right place" is the concept of modern lightweight constructions involving an increasing material-mix. However, the different coefficients of thermal expansion of the manifold materials pose a challenge to the joining technology. Hot curing adhesives applied in the automotive industry can cause undesirable deformation or even destroy the bonded structure. This article investigates the influence of the production process on the deformation behaviour of a planked frame joined by bonding in combination with blind riveting. A further article in the next edition will discuss the computation of these production process-related deformations by means of the finite element method. Note de contenu : - Intelligent lightweight constructions require an increasing mixing of materials
- Optical measurement of deformation fields
- Temperature measurement by means of thermography
