Simulation par ordinateurIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In this paper, the microscopic spatial structure change of natural leather collagen Ill (i.e. 1bkv collagen) was simulated using Tinker software. The dynamics of the process for 1bkv [amino acid sequence number of Type III collagen] collagen was simulated at 300K, 320K, 340K and 360K, Through a series of analyses we find that Rg (radius of gyration) of all of the atoms of 1bkv collagen molecules increases with the increase of chosen temperature, and its average value decreases from 24.9Å to 21.0Å. Considering this along with the simulation trajectory of dynamics at different temperatures, people can find that the molecular chains of collagen gradually will become curved, and there's a large degree of bending at 360K. This is further evidence that the atomic distance between collagen molecules is getting smaller with the increase of the experimental set temperature, and it can also explain the mechanism of performance degradation of natural leather.
Tannage Résumé : In the present investigation, a cleaner and eco-friendly method to leather tanning process based on a novel pre-tanning agent (Q16) has been developed. Q16 was synthesized by cyanuric chloride and p-aminobenzoic acid, then detected by Fourier transform infrared (FUR). The combination tannage process of Q16 and chrome (Q16-Cr) was optimized. In comparison with combination tannage of. F-90-Cr and traditional chrome tanning methods, the physico-chemical characteristics including shrinkage temperature, rnechanical properties and organoleptic properties of the tanned leather were analyzed, the micro-morphology of grain surface and cross section which reflect the dispersion and texture of fibre were evaluated. The distribution of chromium in the cross section was detected by Dispersive X-ray Analysis (EDAX), and the chromium concentration was also determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (AES-ICP). The results are shown that the Q16-Cr-tanned leather has better tanning performance even than chrome-tanned leather. The grain surface is smoother and the collagen fibres are well-dispersed. The Q16-Cr tanning method irnproves the absorption degree of chromium, and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) is significantly reduced. Hence, this cleaner non-salt pickling method for less chrome tanning process encourages the sustainable development of leather industry and cleaner production.
Revêtements organiquesIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Magnesium (Mg) alloy has been actively investigated as a bioresorbable scaffold (BRS) for use as a next-generation stent because of its appropriate mechanical properties and biocompatibility. However, Mg alloy quickly degrades in the physiological environment. Hydrofluoric acid (HF) treatment and surface coating with biodegradable polymer are approaches for enhancing the corrosion resistance of Mg alloy. However, there are no studies that focus on the corrosion behavior of the Mg alloy stent after balloon catheter expansion, which results in mechanical stress and is required for stent placement. In this study, the corrosion behavior of a Mg alloy stent after expansion by a balloon catheter was investigated. Compared with the bare Mg alloy stent, the HF-treated Mg alloy stent showed excellent corrosion resistance without expansion. However, balloon catheter expansion caused small fragments and cracks to appear on the surface of the HF-treated Mg alloy stent and accelerated its corrosion rate. The HF-treated Mg alloy stent was therefore further coated with poly(d,l-lactic acid) (PDLLA). As a result, the high corrosion resistance of the coated stent was maintained after its expansion along with higher biocompatibility for endothelial cell adhesion than the stent without the polymer coating. The HF-treated and PDLLA-coated platform is expected to be a BRS candidate for clinical applications. HumiditéIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : This article utilizes the Tinker software to simulate the microspatial structure of type III collagen (1bkv) in natural leather. The four simulation environment temperatures were set at 300K, 320K, 340K, 360K te analyse the relevant trend of variation of coordination number (CN) and interatomic distance (Dis) and the number of interatomic distance (Dis No) of the lbkv collagen whole atom at the different temperatures. The results shows that with the increase of temperature the CN increases tao. As the CN value of 1bkv collagen increased gradually from 125 to 350, the floating frequency of Dis No increases with the increase of simulation time. But 0.5-0.6ns is the inflection lime et simulation. When the temperature increased to 360K, the corresponding Dis No obviously increased while, when the temperature is less than 360K, the change of Dis No is not obvious. This phenomenon shows that temperature is an important factor which affects the Dis No of collagen molecules. The increase of temperature makes the inner spatial structure of collagen molecules become smaller, which explains that, as the temperature rises to a certain value, the naturel leather's moisture-penetrability and breathability decreases.
