Résumé : |
UV curable powder coatings offer several advantages over other coating technologies being the most environmentally friendly with no emission of VOC, low energy consumption and maximum overspray recycling. They allow the user to apply over heat sensitive materials such as wood and plastics, curing at lower-temperatures with better flow-out of the coating. To take advantages of the clear and compelling material and process advantages of UV cured powder coating DVUV LLC entered the business of development, formulation and manufacturing of UV curable powder coatings. In february of 2006 DVUV started Keyland Polymer in Birmingham, UK to begin developing for manufacturing basic UV powder coatings. Concurrent with this activity Keyland set up a full scale UV cured powder coating development laboratory and manufacturing operation in Cleveland, OH supplying DVUV with UV cured powder coatings. Keyland Polymer produces a full range of UV cured powder coating materials ; colors, textures and glosses. |
