Résumé : |
The vigorous action of pancreatic hydrolases against surface microstructures (the grain) of pig dermis was demonstrated in the first part of tests. The mechanism of the alkalising action has not been identified and, therefore, the application of the method to enzymes with another specificity than that of the pancreatic one required an additional check.
In the present work, the effectiveness of alkalisation was evaluated in application to the Polish commercial preparation of bacterial origin, Proteopol BP. The use of the commercial preparation in the tests resulted from an assumed objective, which was the development of an industrial method for skin depilation. The studies on eluted and purified enzymes were not the subject of the present work. |
