Résumé : |
Production - The centrifugal grinding system Pestle Mill is a high capacity bead mill for continous grinding of a variety of products down to particle sizes into the nanorange. The diffference to other rotor/roto centrifugal bead mills and conventional rotor/stator-bead mills is, that the milling disc together with the milling vessel rotate in the same direction at the same speed. This creates a much denser and more homogenous centrifugal field in the grinding zone while the grinding movement in the milling zone is actually a result of an angulardeflection between the axe of the disc and the vessel. These charactéristics result in distinct advantages regarding the grinding result, the operation and the maintenance of the mill and offer an economic solution for wet grinding of particles down to the nanorange. |
