Tannage Résumé : In order to control the pollution by anionic surfactants in water, and detect anionic surfactants on-line, a simple, accurate and sensitive flow injection spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of anionic surfactant in water is proposed in this paper. The method is based on the ion associate formed between sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and ethyl violet. Lthe absorbance of the complex is measured using an optical detector at 587nm. Chemical factors and FIA variables affecting the system are also discussed. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method was 10.00-3000.00µ 1-1 ; the detection limit was 0.25µg 1-1 ; the relative standard deviation was 0.814%. This method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and successfully applied to simultaneously determine the content of anionic surfactant in tannery effluent. Technique des plasmasIndex. décimale : 675.3 Technologie de la fourrure Résumé : In order to find out changes of the Rex rabbit hair under different Low Temperature Plasma (LTP) treatments, Rex rabbit hair fibres which were modified by oxygen, nitrogen, and air plasma, were examined by XPS, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometery, Lab-eye software, HP-386 multi-angle gloss meter, YM-06A electronic single fibre strength meter, as well as by a Y151 fibre friction coefficient tester. The results show that oxygen plasma, nitrogen plasma and air plasma can all dramatically enhance exhaustion and fixation rate of Rex rabbit hair during dyeing. Treatment with air plasma and nitrogen plasma introduced more -NH2 to the surface of Rex rabbit hair fibres, promoting the reaction between -N1-12 and -SO3H of an anionic dyestuff in an acidic medium. Besides, the oxidation of oxygen plasma introduces polar functional groups such as hydroxyl or carbonyl, thus improving the hydrophilicity of Rex rabbit hair fibres. Compared with fibres without plasma treatment, the dyeing depth of fibres treated with oxygen, air, and nitrogen plasma has been significantly enhanced. ln addition, the rupture strength and elongation as well as glossiness of fibres reduces to a slight extent after LTP treatment with oxygen, nitrogen, and air. Ultimately, after oxygen, air and nitrogen plasma, the gap between the friction coefficients of against and along scale is narrowed, which can enhance the ability of the anti-felting performance. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A flow injection analysis coupled with catalytic spectrophotometry is proposed for simple and rapid determination of trace hyamine cationic surfactants (CSs) in tannery effluent and environmental water. The scheme is based on the markedly catalytic reaction of cationic surfactants, i.e., cetyltrimetylammonium bromide (CTMAB) and cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) which, on oxidation using KIO4 inhighly acidic hydrochloric acid medium discolour Arsenazo (III). Under the optimum conditions, the linear ranges for CTMAB and CPB are 0.1-20mg 1-1, and all relative coefficients of the two Css in different subsections of the linear ranges exceeds 09986 (n=11). The detection limits (3delta) of both the CSs are 0.08mg 1-1, and the recoveries range from 95.7 % to 103.1 %.
The relative standard deviation (R. S. D.) is 1.21 % for 2mg 1-1 CTMAB standard solution (n = 21). The developed method, which is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, can monitor 15 samples per hour. It has been applied successfully to tannery effluent and environmental water samples.En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bSNhFCYzjdUi2t9M9eL2YXWic3mnL6IC/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=5941
