Résumé : |
The influence of the liposome suspensions (multilamellar vesicles, MLV) as carrier of dye on the dyeing of tanned leather with acid dyes has been studied. For this purpose, liposomes made with egg phosphatidylcholine and containing the acid dye Verde Luce (C.I. Acid Green 5), triarylmethane derivative, have been investigated. The investigations of the physicochemical stability of liposomes have been undertaken through the measurements of mean particle size distribution of phospholipidic vesicles after preparation and possible hydrolysis of phospholipid molecules, studying the alteration of fatty acids that built of the liposomic structures. The kinetic aspects of dye exhaustion on tanned leathers at different phospholipid concentration have been investigated also. The use of liposomes in dyeing process inhibit slightly dye exhaustion improving the smoothness of the treated leather. Both effects were directly dependent of phospholipid concentration in liposomes. |
