Surveillance électroniqueIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : A new generation of ovens used in the production of vehicle bodies meets all the automotive industry's requirements for flexibility, efficiency, reliability and paint quality. At the same time it offers significant reductions in investment and operating costs. Note de contenu : - Adaptable to different body types
- Conveyor without skids for improved flexibility and quality
- Integrated process monitoring system reduces rejects
- Load-dependent operation cuts costs
- Compact, space-saving and cost-effective
- Energy consumption reduced significantly
- Fig. 1 : The innovative dryer concept sets new standards for flexibility, cost-effectiveness, reliability and paint quality in the process of painting vehicle bodies on a production scale
- Fig. 2 : Integrating the heaters into the dryer reduces the production area needed and allows for savings in the design
- Fig. 3 : The VarioLoc conveyor, which does not use skids, allows the transport speed to be adjusted to each phase of the process and offers significant energy savings
- Fig. 4 : Using the swivel nozzles the temperature and air flow can be adjusted to different body types and areas of the body. This ensures that materials of different thicknesses are heated to the correct temperaturePermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=30999 [article]Réservation

Revêtements poudre:Peinture poudreIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : The key features of a new powder coating machine installed by a manufacturer of storage systems include a sophisticated conveyor system and short throughput times. The powder coating line has increased productivity and improved the quality of the product surfaces. Note de contenu : - Automated pre-treatment
- Cost-effective and environmentally friendly
- Fig. 1. The powder coating line consists of a cleaning booth with an automatic cleaning process, a degreasing and phosphating system with a recirculation function, a powder booth with anunderfloor extraction unit, a powder dryer and a manually operated overhead conveyor
- Fig. 2. In order to ensure that the logistics system functions smoothly, safety and quickly, a lifting and lowering station has been integrated into a radio-controlled transverse transportation system powdered by electric motors to bad the parts onto the powder coating line. This ensures that the parts take the shortest route to the cleaning booth
- Fig. 3. In the cleaning booth, a motor-driven positioning unit with a double ring of spray noozles cleans the parts automatically. Large workpieces can be cleaned by removing the bridge using a quick-release coupling
- Fig. 4. Special parts are cleaned manually by the employees with a high-pressure cleaner
- Fig. 5. The powder is also applied manuallyPermalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=29116 [article]Réservation

Logistique (organisation)Index. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Solarlux, a manufacturer of glass folding doors and glass extensions, has been powder coating its aluminium profiles in-house at its new site for the last year with the aim of improving the quality of its products even further and cutting the costs of production. A new and highly flexible power-and-free conveyor system ensures a smooth flow of materials. Note de contenu : - Intelligent, customised conveyor system
- Maximum flexibility in the handling process
- Heat-resistant and highly flexible
- The investment has paid off
- FIGURES : 1. The compact design of the new power-and-free system at Solarlux allows it to operate in a very small space - 2. The load bars are lowered into a shaft to enable the parts to be atttached and removed ergonomically - 3. The angle of the load bars reduces the carry-over of chemicals in the pre-treatment areas, the dryier and the flash-off zone - 4. Lifting and lowering stations for the long load bars with two parallel, non-guided belt lifters
