Water borne finishes are used nowadays for producting leathers that can meet up to the highest quality and physical requirements. The study deals with effects that can lead to problems in aquepis finishing. Especially, various kinds of grey effects are briefly describes and classified, followed by the attempt to analyze the causes.Some ideas are discussed as to how these problems can be avoided or overcome. The suscespibility of finishes to these effects in relation to changes in the formulation is shown in the results of a trial series. |
