Résumé : |
Consistent with most industrial facilities in the United States, the leather finishing industry will be impacted by the CAAA. Depending on the location of individual facilities, the type and quantity of emissions, and the state requirements which may exceed the CAAA, a diversity of provisions from permitting through control devices may be required. Each leather finishing facility must evaluate the type and quantity of emissions potentially emitted from their facility and determine if the emission is a criteria pollutant and a federal and/or state HAP. Subsequently, the leather finishing facility must determine regulatory requirements and initiate actions to assure compliance. |
