High-performance plastication - While high-speed screws have become established in twin-screw extrusion, they are only found in single-screw technology in isolated cases. Now, the concept is increasing in importance, as processors search for new, more efficient methods of plastication. In injection moulding, too, small, high-speed plastication units would offer an effective alternative to current systems. |
