Injection moulding that saves material - For the sprueless production of electronic parts made of flame-retardant plastics hot-runner systems have been used for quite some time. The advantages of hot-runner technology over conventional gating systems are saving of material and a reduction in cycle time. Hard-to-process materials, however, require a more sophisticated design and building of the hot-runner system. |
