Gestion de l'environnementIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The first question to ask is why a company would to implement an EMS. For us the answer was easy because being part of Scottish Tanning Industries group, we pursue excellence in everything we do. We consider care of the environment to be integral part of our management philosophy, sharing equal biling with health and safety and quality. Our eventual objective is to have an integrated management system combining all three as the structure and procedures are essentially the same. ModélisationIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The possibility of using spectroscopy and modelling in leather is discussed. Results are given for making calibration models for prediction of chromium content in chromium liquor and for prediction of dye components in multi-component dye solutions. The chromium calibration model can be used for on-line monitoring and control of a tanning process. A description of the pilot tanning equipment used for small-scale trials is given. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 675.2 Préparation du cuir naturel. Tannage Résumé : A multi-functional tanning agent has been synthesized by free radical co-polymerisation in water and the factors which affect the polymerisation are discussed. The conditions and properties of MTA used in leather tanning have been studied. The results show that MTA may be used in pretanning, retanning and filing. Thus the level of chrome tanning saltsused may be made more economic and thus pollution due to chrome may be reduced. Leathers produced using MTA appear to be ofhigh quality. The use of MTA does not affect the dyeing or fatliquoring of chromed leather. Titre : Elaboration of operations by using the balance criterion Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : M. Bugarski, Auteur Année de publication : 1995 Article en page(s) : p. 48-50 Note générale : Bibliogr. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The author shows a method of using the balance criterion in elaborating operations by establishing a relationship between the sum of the time needed for motions or actions necessary for the processing of the product, and motions or actions necessary for the preparation and postponement of processing. As this ratio is approximately 1 : 1, it is possible to establish the labour rhythm, normal fatigue of the worker, as well as other criteria for evaluation. Therefore, the balance criterion could be considered as a more suitable and more objective criterion in determining criteria of elaborating operations.
The methodology of elaboration is also presented and the results obtained on two operations, 1.05 : 1 and 0.96 : 1, justify the validity of the use of thic criterion.En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1I5VgeFCdWHfKtff5UyBi1XEkk8Nf99Co/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=8226
