Langues : Américain (ame) Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Size-exclusion, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combined with capillary electrophoresis was applied to analyze the composition of oxycarboxylate-masked aluminium complexes. Using a HPLC column (asahipak GS-220) connected to a refractive index detector, oxycarboxylate-masked aluminium complexes were separated into several peak fractions.Oxy-acid content of the fractions was successfully determined by capillary electrophoresis (shimadzu IP-2A). Glycolate- and lactate-masked aluminium complexes contained the major portion of the components to be eluted in the lower molecular size region while a considerable portion of tartrate- and citrate-masked complexes eluted in the higher molecular size region. All masked-aluminium fractions contained oxy-acids at an equivalent-to-mole of al ratio of 0.1 to 0.2. Tannage Résumé : In this paper, the relation between molecular structure of polyphenols and their hydrophobicity was investigated, which indicated that galloyl groups of polyphenols were hydrophobic sites. Then polyphenol-amino acid and polyphenol-gelatin interaction were studied, which showed that hydrophobic association between galloyl groups of polyphenols and hydrophobic positions of gelatin was a predominant pattern of polyphenol-gelatin interaction. Furthermore, it is reasonable that we draw the outline of vegetable tannin-collagen interaction with the same mechanism of polyphenol-gelatin association obtained in the test. Tannage Résumé : In this work the application of a optimization method (box-behnken design) to the vegetable-aluminum salt combination tannage is shown as an example of the application of these optimization methods to the leather sector.
The influence of the offer of both vegetable extract and aluminum salt as well as the mimosa/quebracho ratio in the vegetable extract mixture on the shrinkage temperature of the tanned skins and on the aluminum exhaustion is studied.
The best conditions of the studied variables to obtain a shrinkage temperature of 100°C and the highest aluminum exhaustion have been determined.En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/15DxugTS_SGaXSZCPinIw3NajPI4jAgVF/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=8086
