Coupled simulation - By coupling the filling simulation with a structural analysis, it is possible to calculate the deformation of an insert when it has thermoplastic injected round it. This method puts the user in a position to verify the design of injection molded parts at an early stage already and makes it possible to avoid iteration cycles in mold construction. It also improves the quality of the part. |
