Résumé : |
Inspection of many façades show green and grey-black coloured biofilms, which can occur within some months after refurbishing or painting. Many new materials, especially in composite insulation systems, have a lower heat storage capacity than monolithic walls. They cool down easily and extremely rapidly when they are no longer directly exposed to solar radiation. This results in condensation of humidity at the surfaces, which can stay wet for several hours per day. |
