New imaging techniques enable this by recording a complete absorption spectrum (hyperspectral image) for each pixel of the respective surface. Note de contenu : - Detectability of adhesives
- Imaging techniques for spatially resolved spectroscopy
- Evaluation of spatially resolved spectral data
- Differentiation of strands with and without adhesive
- Detection of surface moisture
- Differentiation of adhesive types
- Estimation of the film thickness of adhesive applications

Epoxydes
Test d'immersionIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : A model adhesive system containing bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin-based epoxy resin and an amidoamine-curing compound was investigated. AEROSIL 200 fumed silica was treated with 3 percent and 12 percent w/w DYANSYLAN GLYMO silane and compared to untreated fumed silica and equal portions of silica added in situ. Water resistance was evaluated by testing lap shear assemblies conditioned in 63 degrees C water at seven-day intervals up to 28 days.
Adhesion was expressed as a percentage of unexposed, untreated fumed silica. AEROSIL 200 fumed silica treated with 12 percent w/w y-glycidyloxyproplytrimethoxysilane showed the best results with adhesion at 118.2 percent of the unexposed specimen.En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-ipDhd6hsa9HyOPFMW-UeV--kaYVVSSJ/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=19989

Produits d'étanchéitéIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : Selection of a static mixer to allow correct, efficient mixing of adhesives and sealants is a critical aspect of packaging and supplying a two-component reactive material. The needs and requirements of the end user must be considered at all times, along with characteristics of the mixers and materials in question. The advantages offered by static mixers in terms of the ease and repeatability of mixing make this selection process worth the effort in many instances.
