Comparison experiments showed that the ADP-3 has good adsorption effect. Then, the effects of various parameters such as initial acid black dye NT concentration (50-300mg/L) and solution pH(1.5- 6.5) were investigated. The point of zero charge (PZC) of ADP-3 has been determined. Specific surface area and average adsorption pore size of the ADP-3 were 21.378m2/g and 3.833nm, respectively. Field scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) indicated that the adsorption material has porous structure, which provided favorable conditions for adsorption process. The experimental data were analyzed by Langmuir and Freundlich models of adsorption. Equilibrium data were fitted well with the Freundlich model. Thermodynamics parameters, ?G, ?H and ?S indicate that the adsorption of acid black dye NT onto ADPs were spontaneous and endothermic process in nature. Pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models vvere used to fit the adsorption kinetic data. The adsorption kinetics was found to follow the pseudo-first-order kinetic model. Amino blocking indicated that the amine content plays an important role in the adsorption process. The adsorbent was also applied to the treatment of leather dye effluent, the results showed that ADP-3 exhibit a prominent adsorption property on leather dye effluent.

Synthesized oligomers were characterized using various techniques such as Fourier transform infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. AA-NI-PUPOs showed significantly lower viscosity compared to their non-acetoacetylated counterparts. Ambient temperature-cured systems were formulated by mixing AA-NI-PUPOs and different primary amine compounds in stoichiometric proportions. Michael addition reaction of acrylates and AA-NI-PUPOs was initiated by UV curing using a photobase generator as the catalyst. NIPU coatings were studied for various thermo-mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The selected UV-cured and ambient-cured samples showed instant and 1-h tack-free time, respectively. Results revealed that with proper selection of acetoacetylated resin and crosslinker type, coatings with properties comparable to conventional PU coatings could be formulated. Moreover, UV-curable coatings with up to 90 wt% solid could be formulated using conventional monomeric acrylates as a reactive diluent. The study demonstrates the feasibility of formulating solvent-free rapid ambient curing non-isocyanate polyurethane coatings. FTIR, NMR and GPC were used to determine the structure of AHP-s, the results showed that AHP-s exhibits core-shell structure. The thermal properties of polymers were investigated by DSC and TGA. It was found that AHP-2, AHP-3 and AHP-4 display higher thermal stability than AHP-1 (AHP-1, AHP-2, AHP-3 and AHP-4 represent the first, second, third and fourth generation AHP, respectively). Furthermore, the self-assembly performance of AHP-s in THF solvent was investigated by TEM and SEM. Finally, the encapsulation capacity of the AHP-s for methyl orange (MO) was explored at different concentrations of AHP-s and pH conditions. It was found that AHP-s is capable of accommodating hydrophilic guest MO. Moreover, the higher generation of AHP-s, the stronger encapsulation capacity obtained. And the encapsulation capacity closely associated with the pH of encapsulation system. The A2 + CB2 synthetic method was used where neopentyl glycol was A2 and 2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid was CB2. The acid value and hydroxyl values of the synthesized hyperbranched polymer were determined according to ASTM D974 and ASTM D4274, respectively. The molecular structural characterizations of hyperbranched polyol were determined by FTIR and NMR spectroscopy techniques. The hyperbranched polyurethanes were synthesized by using hyperbranched polyol and crosslinking agent isophorone diisocyanate in different mole ratios of OH:NCO (1:1.2, 1:1.4, 1:1.6). These mixtures were used as coating materials on mild steel panels and glass plates. The coating properties of polyurethanes such as gloss and cross-cut adhesion were studied. The immersion test of coatings was carried out in HCl, NaCl, NaOH and water. The electrochemical properties of the coatings were examined using an electrochemical method in electrolytes consisting of HCl, NaOH, and NaCl. Thermal stability and surface morphology were studied by TGA and SEM, respectively. Post-tannageIndex. décimale : 675.2 Préparation du cuir naturel. Tannage Résumé : With the characteristics of controllable charge and environmental friendliness, amphoteric polymers can be used in post-tanning process to solve the problems that arise during leather making and are caused by the low absorption rate of single-charge chemicals, incompatibility with new tanning methods, and complex operation process. In this review, the structure, performance, and preparation of amphoteric polymers are reported. Then, the charge change of collagen during different tanning and pH treatments is introduced. Finally, the application and development of amphoteric polymers during the post-tanning process of leather making are discussed. This review has certain guiding significance to the preparation and application of amphoteric polymers for tanning system.
